Returning a vehicle to a different location to the one listed on your contract is not permitted, if you do return to a different location you will be subject to a penalty charge.

The driver must be at least 20 years of age and meet the driver’s licence requirements as per the Terms and Conditions.

Yes, however if your licence is not printed in Arabic nor French you will need to arrange an International Driver’s Licence

No. As per government regulation the cars belongs to a rental company can not cross the border unless they have an authorization from the company.

As payment we accept:

  • VISA, MASTER CARD, CMI, JCB, DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, DISCOVER, AND UNION PAY credit cards and debit cards,

The processing fee of international card is 3% and 2% for moroccan cards.

No, we offer a 44 minute grace period. If you are due to return your vehicle at 10am and are not at the location until 10:10am you will not be charged an extra day. If you are 45 minutes or longer late you will be changed an additional fee.

Yes, we are able to offer downtown and Airport locations.

Yes you can do that if you are 3 days or more ahead from your pick up date at our change reservation page or by contacting us directly.

No, all drivers must show their drivers licence in person at time of pick-up to be listed on the contract as a driver.
