Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory insurance. with a franchise fee of 20% and 1,000 Euro minimum.
Can i use my Credit/Debit Card for Security Deposit ?
Unfortunately we are not allowed to use Credit/Debit card authorization holds.
Security Deposit: What are the options?
- Cash up to 3,000€ depends on rented car.
- Original Passport Non Moroccan citizens ONLY.
- Moroccan Personal Bank Cheque.
Can i tow with this car?
No. Towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is not permitted under any circumstances.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by cash, Western Union or by bank transfer.
How do I rent a car?
You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or by calling +212 771 475 475. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please visit Modify Reservation Page, call +212 771 475 475 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.
What should I do, if the car breaks down?

Do you accept overseas driver's licence?
Yes, however if your licence is not printed in Arabic nor French you will need to arrange an International Driver’s Licence
What happens if i drop the car at a different location than where i indicated?
Returning a vehicle to a different location to the one listed on your contract is not permitted, if you do return to a different location you will be subject to a penalty charge.
